Hi! I’m Rebecca and I’ve started this substack as a place to experiment with my creativity and to share some of my insights into healing.

I've come a long way in my health journey. At my worst, I was severely ill, bedridden, and unable to speak. My daughter couldn't even live with me. Now, I'm able to lead a fairly normal, home-based life. I walk daily and am gently re-introducing myself to society.

I’ve learnt that I’m neurodivergent and being under resourced was a huge part of my descent into severe ill health. Learning how to properly resource myself is the key to coming back out the other side.

My recovery is incredible but sadly and shockingly, controversial. Essentially I’m too afraid to talk about it (IYKYK) but I will get there. I’d love for you to follow me on my journey to rediscover creativity, my people and myself, and share my insights into healing.
